the Hauts de France

Not far from Lille, in a park dotted with century-old trees, the design of the course, in a star shape, allows easy access to all the holes. Rather flat, it has the particularity to offer a different playing situation on each hole.
Located near the big stadium of Lille, facilitating its access, it is an interesting course. Fairly flat with water in play regularly, no two holes are alike.
In the heart of a 110h park, 20mn north of Lille, the golf course has two 18 holes designed by Hawtree and Trent Jones. The first is long and narrow with greens on hilltops. The second is shorter, wider but full of water hazards and bunkers. All this in a beautiful resort.
South of Lille, in a modern resort, the golf course offers 3 courses of 9 holes, all different. The first is designed as a links course, the second is hilly and very technical and the third is shorter with tricky greens. Note that the courses are playable all year round in summer greens.
30 minutes south of Lille, in the heart of the Pévèle countryside, the golf course has the particularity of combining different environments within an 18-hole course. One part is wooded and relatively narrow, the other is more like a links. Another specificity is that the course is playable all year round in summer green.

Île de France

located 40 minutes from the western gates of Paris and 25 minutes from Versailles, this golf course spreads its undulating fairways over 65 hectares. Designed by the American JM POELLOT, the wooded course dotted with 5 lakes is in perfect harmony with the landscape. Demanding, it requires mastery of all the golf shots and offers some interesting strategic choices, while its highly worked greens make it a real challenge.
Close to Paris (40 minutes from the western gates) and Versailles (30 minutes), this is currently the only course in France designed by Bernhard Langer (German golfer and two-time Masters winner). Relatively short, it is renowned for being undulating, wooded and particularly technical. Dogleg holes, water hazards, strategically placed bunkers and steep greens make this an exceptional course where iron players will be at their best.
Close to Versailles (15mn) and “glued” to the HEC campus (in the commune of Jouy en Josas), it is the work of architects Fromanger and Adam. Wooded with rare, century-old species, gently undulating and embellished with natural water features fed by a spring, it offers every kind of play situation. Although rather short, it is nevertheless particularly technical and some of the greens require great concentration.

Champagne-Ardennes

Near Troyes, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Forêt d’Orient, the golf course is part of the hotel complex of the same name. The course is long and varied (forests, plains, bodies of water) and some holes are particularly complicated.
In the middle of the countryside, within a 350h property, it is a hilly and wooded course. Particularly long, physically demanding, it presents all the situations of game of which some are a true “challenge”.
At the foot of the Cordelière castle, it is regularly ranked among the most beautiful golf courses in France. Between valleys, ponds and hundred-year-old trees, the course, of medium length, alternates magnificence of the environment and difficulties of its natural obstacles.

North Burgundy

Located at 10mn from Dijon, in a quiet environment. Slightly hilly course, very well maintained, rather technical, especially in terms of attacking the greens.
Wooded, very hilly and physically demanding course. In an exceptional environment (castle, steep slopes, cliffs, valleys…) it is an 18-hole course that does not leave you indifferent.

Center - Loire Valley

15 minutes from Blois, in the heart of the former hunting grounds of the Château de Cheverny, the course unfolds its fairways around the immense pond of La Rousselière. Long and wooded, an 18-hole course renowned for its scenery and impeccable maintenance.
A real 9-hole course, in the heart of the Loire castles and within a hotel complex. A very challenging course with two particularities, a tricky rough and systematically elevated greens.
Designed in the park of the castle of La Touche, it is a very wooded and slightly hilly course, presenting a magnificent environment. Rather short, it is a delicate golf course to tame because technically demanding (small and fast greens and sometimes narrow fairways).
In the heart of the Loire Valley and a few minutes away from the castles, the course has been designed within a park of 70 hours between hundred-year-old cedars and water pieces. Relatively short, it defends itself, nevertheless with the omnipresence of water.
Ideally located a few minutes from downtown Bourges, the golf course covers 75 hours. Rather hilly and wooded, the presence of water on several holes is a real “challenge”. The course has the particularity of being playable, in good conditions, all year round.
A surprising country course. Rather short and flat but wooded and sometimes narrow, water is in play on 2 holes. The first 9 holes seem “easy” but the surprise comes on the last 9 holes which are sometimes very complicated to negotiate.

Pays de Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire, 30 minutes from Nantes, the course is very graphic and particularly long. The main difficulties come from the tortuous greens and the sometimes capricious weather. Note that the course is playable all year round.
At 20 mn from Nantes, in the heart of the park of the château de l’Epinay, it is a rather flat, slightly wooded and relatively short course. The excellent maintenance and some particularly challenging holes make this a very enjoyable course to play.
Advantageously located on the outskirts of Nantes, the course, rather short, is a real challenge for experienced players. Undulating with water in play on several holes, the layout is varied and interesting.
Historic golf course in the Nantes region, winding through a 56-hour wooded domain, it is a magnificent place. Undulating, technically demanding, the course has the particularity of having 14 holes out of 18 in “doglegs” right or left. This is a real challenge.

Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

Located on the outskirts of Aix en Provence, the golf course is the scene of many regional and national competitions. Rather flat but long, it is a generally technical course which proves to be particularly complicated for the white departures.
10 minutes from Les Baux de Provence and Saint Rémy de Provence, the golf course winds at the foot of the Alpilles, offering an exceptional panorama. A rather long course, with many technical difficulties, especially with water in play. It is a hilly and sometimes wooded area in the middle of Provence.
Located on a hillock overlooking the plain of the Pays d’Aix, the golf course is built in a magnificent environment (Saint Victoire…). The course is accessible to all levels of play, but it presents an extraordinary challenge for experienced players. Very long with an 18th hole among the longest in Europe (662m !!!).
At the foot of the Baux de Provence and the Alpilles and within the luxury hotel complex of the Domaine de Manville, it is a place out of the ordinary in more than one way. The course is rather short, but its particularity is to present square or rectangular greens and bunkers. This originality does not prevent a multitude of technical difficulties.
A few miles from Aix, this golf course, initially a 9-hole course, was extended to 18 holes in 2009. This is what makes it special. A relatively easy first round gave way to a very complicated second round, with water in play including an island green. In the end, a fairly short but varied and interesting course.

Dordogne - Purple Perigord

A golf course not to be missed in Aquitaine! Three 9-hole courses, designed by Donald Steel, “natural” golf architect. Three different layouts in the middle of plum trees, oak woods, the lake and vineyards. The highlight of the day is hole 9 on the lake with its spectacular finish, facing the castle, water in play, elevated green, a real challenge!
